Business Growth
Personal Growth IS
Transforming value-destroying managers, into Leaders who create value.
Genaro, and his subject matter expertise, has been trusted by some of the largest organizations in the world.
Leadership suffers
when our personal
wellbeing is neglected.
An organization will never outperform the limitations of their leader’s well-being.
The workforce and what motivates them has changed rapidly and will continue to do so. Research shows a direct correlation between the inevitability of human experience, as it relates to all matters outside the workplace, and its relationship with a leader’s management style. At a minimum, over 70% of people will encounter experiences which will forever change their lives, to include the way they perform at work. Since we cannot check our emotional jackets at the door, these experiences and their impact enter the workplace, leaving your team subjected to its impact.
Ironically, these same experiences may make an employee a high performer who will succeed and survive at any cost, making them an incredible asset to your organization. It is common to promote high performers to amplify their success onto a team to drive organizational goals, increase growth, and market share, but at what cost? These managers commonly chase away present or future talent, never allowing an employee to reach their fullest potential.
This will negatively impact your organizational continuity, often, without you even knowing it is occurring. Let’s partner up and bring this problem to a screeching halt!

Personal Growth IS Business Growth: Transforming value-destroying managers, into Leaders who create value.

As Individuals - Current and/or Future Leaders
Long Live Learning to Love your Lie
Sometimes, the truth is just too much to bear. So, why don’t we love ourselves and lie a little? It wont hurt.
As a Team – Current Leaders
Hi, Boss! No One Cares About Your Weekend Plans.
Success to high performers is akin to a substance of addiction. Break free from the withdrawal symptoms of work withdrawal.
As an Organization – Current and Future Leaders
You Can’t Hide Your History at Work
No one will out-lead or out-collaborate the stability of their leader. Together, we will shatter the translucent barrier created by the inevitability of human experience.

What we have historically refused to accept remains true…
Just because it has historically been taboo, what we all know deep down, remains true…
We must face who we are, based on what we’ve experienced, when we are ready.
When we understand why we haven’t, we realize it’s simply because we haven’t discovered how.
